Role Overview
We're looking for ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our Abu Dhabi team. This is a full-time, on-site role specializing in off-plan real estate sales and investment advisory.
As part of the team, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by connecting investors with high-potential property opportunities while delivering a consultative and client-focused experience.
What You'll Do- Present and sell off-plan property projects to both local and international clients
- Proactively generate leads through networking, outreach, and marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and investors
- Guide clients with insights on market trends, project offerings, and investment potential
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry through to closing
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and launches
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A sales-driven attitude with a passion for achieving results
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
- Fluent in English (fluency in European, Russian, Chinese & Arabic languages are highly preferred)
- Previous experience in sales or real estate is beneficial but not essential
- Open to real estate freshers and career switchers with a strong drive to succeed in a sales environment
