Universal Rubber Belt Manufacturing LLC is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Services professional to provide technical assistance and support to our staff across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving hardware/software issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of our technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues via phone, email, or in-person support.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across internal systems and applications.
- Perform routine system monitoring, data backups, and antivirus updates.
- Support and maintain LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and network security.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems, upgrades, and IT projects.
- Maintain documentation of IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and asset inventory.
- Liaise with third-party vendors for software/hardware procurement or warranty support.
- Ensure IT compliance with company policies and data security standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting).
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, networking fundamentals, and printer management.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or other platforms) is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Salary: AED 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
