Internal Audit Executive / Finance & Compliance Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive finance & compliance analyst to manage financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance activities across multiple business streams.

The ideal candidate will handle accounting reconciliations, audit support, VAT and Corporate tax compliance, and provide analytical insights to support business decisions.

This is a diverse role requiring strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to liaise effectively across departments.

• Compile and review monthly transaction summaries for the logisitics business and reconcile with service invoicing.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss reports at both customer and country levels.
• Perform review on sample basis on the inventory movements.
• Summarize and maintain audit schedules on a monthly basis.
• Prepare service invoicing working files accurately and on time.
• Prepare the Related party reconciliation and movement summary file in template agreed with external auditor.
• Ensure UAE VAT compliance, including filing and documentation.
• Ensure UAE Corporate Tax (CT) compliance and reporting.
• Conduct related party reconciliations at the group level.
• Liaise with internal departments to gather data and resolve financial queries.
• Audit vendor and customer documents for KYC purposes.
• Prepare various trend analyses to support business insights and decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or compliance.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Hands-on experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, and audit processes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
