Brand Ambassador & Sales Executive (Flexible/Hybrid)

Pay: 100% Commission-Based (Target Earnings: 5,000.00 - 15,000.00+ AED per month) + 5% Equity Option

Earn AED 5,000 to 15,000+ a month around your existing schedule, with the potential to secure a 5% equity stake in a rapidly growing media startup.

Blue Cap Pro is entirely unique. We are expanding our sales network and looking for a sharp, highly presentable, and charismatic individual to act as the face of our brand on a part-time, fully flexible basis. This role is designed for a dynamic "influencer-type" personality who knows how to command a room, build rapport instantly, and close deals.

This will not interfere with your current commitments. There are no fixed hours and no office to report to. You work when you want, pitch who you want, and earn a high-percentage commission on every single deal you close.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Acting as the Face of Blue Cap Pro: Representing the company in high-stakes meetings alongside our core team, while also having the autonomy to conduct solo pitches.
• Driving Revenue: Introducing businesses to our advertising platform, pitching decision-makers, and closing advertising partnerships.
• Building Relationships: Leveraging your personal charisma and existing network to connect with brand managers and business owners.
• Note: You focus on the pitch and the close. We handle all the backend fulfillment.
