Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and other employee-related documents.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including document collection and orientation coordination.
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and employee record updates.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and recruitment administration.
  • Track visa, labor card, passport, and other employee document renewals.
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support training coordination, employee engagement activities, and HR reporting.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or office administration.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and UAE Labour Law is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
