Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and other employee-related documents.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including document collection and orientation coordination.
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and employee record updates.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and recruitment administration.
- Track visa, labor card, passport, and other employee document renewals.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Support training coordination, employee engagement activities, and HR reporting.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or office administration.
- Knowledge of HR processes and UAE Labour Law is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
