Job Title: Training Supervisor (Oil and Gas)

Job Summary

The Training supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating training programs for our training centres in Africa. This role ensures training activities are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and in line with company objectives and compliance requirements.

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions and onboarding programs
• Training supervisor will act as Super User for the Training Management System (TMS) internally, including support :
• Supporting the implementation and rollout of the TMS
• Acting as the main point of contact for users
• Ensuring proper adoption and continuous optimization of the system
• Liaise with trainers, instructors, and vendors to organize training logistics
• Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and certification tracking
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and participant documentation
• Monitor training budgets and manage related administrative tasks
• Collect feedback and evaluate training effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company training requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training, Education, or related field
• Previous experience in oil and gas energy, training coordination or administration
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Training Management System (TMS)
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
