Our client, a Real Estate Development company in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking to appoint a Feasibility Manager (Development) who would be able to develop real estate business plans, conduct market analysis and provide insights, develop and maintain financial models for all projects and provide clear strategic advice to management, assisting in minimizing risks, and making informed decisions, contributing to the company&aposs sustainable growth and profitability.

This role will work closely with the development team in providing strategic insights for the market analysis and financial feasibility across the company&aposs multiple asset classes.

• Evaluate the viability of potential initiatives, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of the company&aposs mixed-land use projects from ideation to implementation
• Conduct Highest and Best Use (HBU) analysis to determine optimal land use strategies by evaluating legal, physical, financial, and market feasibility factors, supporting strategic decision-making for development projects.
• Assist in developing Project proposals/ Business cases for internal and external stakeholders, and investors to secure support and funding.
• Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial models to assess project profitability, return on investment (ROI) and financial performance, providing range of potential outcomes.
• Identify and assess potential risks associated with each project, including market risks, regulatory challenges, and financial uncertainties and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare investment presentations, summarizing key financial metrics, analysis results, and recommendations for the team, senior leadership, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the feasibility of the Companys proposed Development portfolio projects, considering factors such as construction costs, operating expenses, revenue projections, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, legal, and finance teams, to gather inputs and validate assumptions.
• Collaborate with project managers to align financial projections with project timelines.
• Ensure feasibility studies and assessments comply with industry regulations, ethical standards, and corporate policies.

• Required Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Real Estate, Finance, or related fields.
• Masters degree in Business Management, Finance, or related fields is preferable.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Excellent knowledge of financial modelling.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in undertaking feasibility studies for real estate, preferably for mixed-use developments.
• Experience in the Middle East region, with top UAE real estate consultants and/or developers would be beneficial.
