Zutari is looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team and contribute to infrastructure projects that create lasting value. This is an opportunity for an Emirati graduate to transition from academic study into the world of project delivery, design support, and engineering problem-solving.

You will work alongside experienced professionals across a range of civil engineering projects, gaining hands-on exposure and learning how engineering solutions are developed in practice.

In line with our Emiratisation objectives and Zutari's commitment to developing local talent, this position is open to UAE National candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support engineering teams with design, analysis, technical reports, and project documentation
• Assist with project coordination and delivery activities
• Contribute to infrastructure planning and design tasks
• Support site-related activities and technical assessments where required
• Learn to apply engineering principles, standards, and best practices in live projects

• UAE National (Emirati)
• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering
• Final-year student or recent graduate
• Strong academic performance
• Interest in infrastructure and built environment projects
• Eagerness to develop technical and professional skills

• Enthusiastic and proactive approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in teams and manage responsibilities effectively
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to growth and continuous learning
