Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient HR officer to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As an HR officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resources functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS
  • Process payroll and benefits administration
  • Handle employee relations issues and concerns professionally and confidentially
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi labor laws
  • Coordinate performance management processes and training initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
  • Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning needs
  • Stay current with HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR roles
  • Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
  • Understanding of HR best practices and procedures
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
