Listing And Compliance Administrator

Job Description

As a Listing and Compliance Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring that all property listings are accurate, compliant, and optimized for maximum visibility across all major property portals. You will also be responsible for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance while supporting the team administratively across multiple departments.

• Maintain and update property listings on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
• Coordinate with agents for listing materials, property details, and images
• Monitor and ensure compliance with listing standards and company policies
• Oversee documentation including DLD permits, Form As, QR codes, and client records
• Ensure anti-money laundering (AML) and data protection processes are followed
• Upload and organize data in CRM systems and generate relevant reports
• Support the marketing team by analyzing portal performance and listings visibility
• Refresh and update online listings daily to maximize reach and exposure
• Edit and manage property photos and coordinate with the photographer
• Track and manage documentation and payments related to property transactions
• Facilitate internal communication between sales, compliance, and admin departments

• At least 1 year of experience
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals
• Previous experience in real estate admin or compliance (preferred)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic photo editing skills and comfort with tech tools/software
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
