About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Program Manager to drive the development and delivery of our cutting-edge software products. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and requirements
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning with the company's technical vision and goals
• Conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvement

Technical Architecture and Design:

• Work closely with engineering teams to define and document technical specifications
• Ensure that the product's technical design and implementation are scalable, efficient, and adhere to industry best practices
• Participate in technical design reviews and provide guidance on architectural decisions

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Act as a bridge between technical teams (engineering, QA, operations) and other stakeholders (product management, design, marketing)
• Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation
• Manage trade-offs and resolve conflicts between stakeholders

Technical Evaluation and Research:

• Evaluate and research new technologies, frameworks, or tools that could benefit the product
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to ensure the product remains competitive

Project Management:

• Manage the development process, set timelines, and track progress
• Ensure that technical projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders

Key Skills Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• 6+ years of experience in a technical product management role
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Experience with project management tools and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with relevant technologies and programming languages used in the product
