Investment Manager - Real Assets

Job Description

A growing investment platform is expanding its real assets activities in the UAE, with a focus on residential real estate across ground-up development and value-add investments. We are seeking a commercially minded Investment Manager to take a leading role in executing investments and driving the strategy.

Role

Working directly with senior leadership, you will play a key role in sourcing, executing, and actively managing investments across the portfolio. This is a high-impact, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is comfortable taking full ownership of transactions and asset performance, from acquisition through to exit.

Responsibilities:

• Leading execution and asset management across investments from acquisition through to exit
• Coordinating with external partners
• Identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities
• Supporting underwriting, structuring, and investment decisions
• Managing timelines, budgets, and project delivery

Candidate Profile:

• 4–8 years experience in real estate investment or asset management
• Experience working within a family office, private investor, or similar environment preferred
• Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market is essential
• Highly autonomous, commercially driven, and comfortable in a lean environment
• Background in development is not required, but exposure to value-add strategies is beneficial
• Based in the region with relevant local market experience is essential
