Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to CEO to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the CEO and executive office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedule
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO Office
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and correspondence
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Organize and follow up on meetings, action points, and executive priorities
  • Liaise with internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Support event coordination, business travel, and executive office administration

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership
  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
  • Experience in the Real Estate or Development industry is a strong advantage
