Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, from initial inquiry through to closing.Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, advising clients on pricing and market conditions, and preparing and reviewing contracts and related documentation in line with local regulations. The role involves maintaining accurate listings and client records using the company's CRM, coordinating with landlords, developers, and internal teams, and ensuring timely follow-up and excellent customer service.
The Real Estate Agent will also support marketing activities, such as creating property listings, collaborating on promotional campaigns, and representing the company at events and viewings.
Qualifications
- Current Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate regulations and practices in Dubai.
- Proven experience in Sales and Real Property transactions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital listing platforms, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to reliable transportation is preferred.
- Relevant education in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
