Job Description
Hiring: Key Account Manager Construction Machinery IndustryJob Location: Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop key account management policies for enterprise clients in the MENA region.
Analyze market demands and client needs to provide actionable industry insights.
Drive the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships with enterprise clients and domestic distributors.
Participate in tender processes and execute sales plans to achieve KPIs.
Finalize contracts with medium and large enterprise clients; design and implement pre-sales service solutions.
Manage accounts receivable for credit-term customers.
Coordinate operations between the Middle East subsidiary, parent company, and relevant business units to ensure optimal support.
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior leadership.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and key account/customer management.
Solid understanding of construction machinery, marketing, international trade, and enterprise operations.
Proficient in data collection, statistical analysis, and market intelligence.
Familiarity with international trade procedures, customer development and management practices.
Well-versed in key stages of the customer development process.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools and internal enterprise systems; capable of effective data processing and documentation.
Strong proficiency in English; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong planning, organizational, coordination, innovation, analytical, and judgment skills.
Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
