Overview

Currently we are hiring for the role of Architectural Inspector.

Industry: Experience with villas, hospitality, residential

• Monitor and inspect on-site architectural works to ensure quality, safety, and code compliance
• Liaise daily with engineers, contractors, and project managers
• Review and verify shop drawings, submittals, and inspection requests
• Flag issues, issue non-conformance reports (NCRs), and ensure corrective actions are followed
• Track progress, maintain detailed site records, and report to project leads
• Champion health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols and contribute to safety culture
• Help expedite approvals, permits, and coordination across stakeholders

• Diploma in Engineering (degree preferred for future progression)
• Five years total experience
• Hands-on supervision experience in architectural/building projects
• Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, codes, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC)
• Experience with residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
• Excellent report writing and site documentation skills

Bonus Points For:

• Safety certifications
• Knowledge of local authority procedures and no objection certificate (NOC) processes
• Experience in horizontal developments and hospitality projects
