Job Description

The Brokers Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and managing strong relationships with real estate brokerage firms and individual brokers to drive sales performance, increase market reach, and promote company projects. This role serves as the key liaison between the company and the broker network to ensure alignment of objectives, smooth collaboration, and consistent communication.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of real estate brokers and agencies across key markets. Identify and recruit new channel partners.
  • Support brokers with necessary marketing materials, project updates, pricing structures, and incentive schemes to drive sales.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with key brokerage firms through regular meetings, events, and effective communication.
  • Track broker performance, sales achievements, and ensure alignment with targets. Provide regular reports to management. Monitor and report on KPIs and other metrics to measure success of initiatives and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Recommend, implement, and monitor broker incentive programs and ensure timely communication and payouts.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops to keep brokers informed about product knowledge, sales techniques, and new launches.
  • Gather market insights from brokers, including customer feedback, pricing trends, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the company at property shows, exhibitions, and broker networking events to promote project offerings and expand the broker base.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate the development and delivery of broker channel initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • 10-15 total years of experience, with 5 Years experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing roles, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Proven track record in relationship management and achieving sales targets through third-party networks.
  • Understanding of broker agreements, commission structures, and incentive programs. Ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Property Finder tools). Ability to manage and track broker activities, leads, and customer follow-ups.
  • Uphold ethical conduct in all broker dealings; ensure transparency and compliance.
