KAIZEN Asset Management Services is a leading property management firm in Dubai, is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Property Consultant to join our team. At Kaizen, we are dedicated to providing exceptional residential and commercial properties that exceed expectations in terms of design, quality, and sustainability.
As a Leasing Property Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful leasing of our properties. You will be responsible for attracting prospective tenants, showcasing available units, and negotiating lease agreements. Your ability to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service will be crucial to your success in this role.
Responsibilities- Proactively generate leads and attract potential tenants through various channels, such as online listings, referrals, and networking
- Showcase available properties to prospective tenants by conducting property tours and highlighting the unique features and benefits of each unit
- Effectively communicate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, conducting thorough inspections and documenting any damages or required repairs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities, including tenant information and rental payments
- Collaborate with the leasing team and property management to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proven experience in leasing or real estate sales, preferably in the residential sector
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and current leasing trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a strong ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
- Result-oriented with a track record of meeting leasing targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation
