Salary: AED 25,000 30,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role

My clients are a fast-growing startup company based in Abu Dhabi, seeking a strategic and hands-on HR & Recruitment Manager to establish and lead recruitment and HR operations across the UAE, Oman and India. This is a key role for a rapidly scaling organisation, driving the hiring of top talent while building scalable HR frameworks.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across technical, laboratory, healthcare, corporate, and technology functions.
• Develop tailored recruitment strategies and talent pipelines.
• Build employer branding initiatives to attract high-calibre talent.
• Design and implement HR policies, processes, and systems suitable for a high-growth startup.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support leadership with workforce planning, compensation structures, and organisational design.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 8+ years of HR and recruitment experience, with strong exposure to laboratory, technical, and corporate hiring.
• Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple countries.
• Solid knowledge of regional labour laws and compliance.
• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth organisation is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
