Construction Manager - Immediate Joiners

About this role:

• Review and become familiar with the Project specification, drawings, and pre-award clarifications.
• prepare purchase requisitions for project consumables and carry out technical evaluation for offers received. Follow up with the concerned suppliers on the delivery of material.
• Prepare list of construction deliverables including construction procedures, engineering analysis and construction drawings. Follow up on the preparation, delivery, and approval of these documents.
• Review of engineering drawings to check feasibility from installation point of view.
• Prepare in liaison with the Project Manager the work schedule.
• Follow up with clients on the approval of all documents and drawings.
• Prepare mobilization plans for the various activities.
• Prepare work procedures and construction methodology for specific project scope of work.
• Coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of Subcontractors personnel and equipment.
• Monitor on daily basis work progress and resolve in liaison with the Project Manager all technical matters that may arise. Liaise with client on construction matters to resolve outstanding issues.
• Ensure that project material and consumables requirements are planned to enable timely mobilization.
• Assist is preparing scope of work for subcontractors.
• Assist project manager in responding to all correspondence from client and subcontractors.
• Ensure that all quality, HSE and ISM requirements are defined and communicated to all concerned for the implementation.
• Interaction with project team members on day-to-day basis.
• Interaction with all relevant sections/ departments on requirement basis.
• Interaction with the client, supplier, subcontractors, third parties on requirement basis for the assigned projects.
• Maintain a healthy & safe environment at the workplace.
• Follow the rules and regulations according to the company policy.

All employees are personally responsible to familiarize themselves with these policies, procedures, practices, updates, etc. Khidmah HSE department regularly updates existing and introduce new policies, procedures, and practices and each employee is personally responsible to ensure they stay updated and compliant with all such updates and new additions.

Information Security responsibilities:

• Comply with Basatin Information Security Policies
• Be aware of and fulfil their information security responsibilities
• Ensure whoever handles sensitive company information have taken the Security Awareness Training
• Know how to report a security incident (to IT ServiceDesk or InfoSec).
• Not Disable his/her OS firewall and/or Antivirus
• Restrict use to authorized purposes, Protect access accounts, privileges and associated passwords.
• Accept accountability of his/her individual user accounts, and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering.
• Min. 7 to 10 years experience in Landscaping project
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and use your initiative
