Hiring Marketing Manager - Dubai - Permanent job

Salary: 12k AED to 15k AED

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals and sales objectives.
• Plan, manage, and evaluate marketing campaigns that promote CLIENT's cybersecurity services and solutions.
• Work closely with product, sales, and partner teams to create targeted messaging and GTM (go-to-market) plans.
• Oversee digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM, website management, email campaigns, paid media, and social media engagement.
• Lead the development of compelling content including case studies, whitepapers, thought leadership articles,and videos.
• Manage and promote webinars, trade shows, and the CLIENT Cyber Defense Roadshow series.
• Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.
• Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communication.
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and freelancers to support execution.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform positioning and messaging.

Minimum requirements for this role include:

• MBA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 57 years of experience in marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT services industry.
• Proven experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
