Contracts Administrator- Site Based

Job Description
esponsibilities:
- Administer and interpret contracts in line with contractual provisions.
- Prepare, review, and manage contractual correspondence with the Employer, Engineer, and Contractors.
- Ensure compliance with Conditions of Contract, Exhibits, and EPCM procedures.
- Maintain contract records, registers, and logs.
- Identify, assess, and manage variations, claims, and contractual changes.
- Prepare and process Change Orders in accordance with approved procedures.
- Review and respond to contractor claims and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
- Support negotiations and resolution of contractual issues and disputes.
Qualifications & Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years experience in contract administration and change control on large projects, preferably power plants.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC-based and EPC contracts.
- Proven experience in variations, claims, and EOT management.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Valid UAE residence visa is mandatory.
