Job Title: Business Development Executive (Chinese-Speaking)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and culturally aware Business Development Executive fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) to support our expansion into Chinese-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and acting as a communication bridge between the company and Chinese clients or partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Chinese-speaking markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients, ensuring clarity and cultural alignment.
  • Translate and localize marketing and sales materials for Chinese audiences.
  • Support client onboarding, product demonstrations, and ongoing client engagement in Chinese.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide insights for regional strategy.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events involving Chinese participants.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, legal) to align on regional growth strategies.
  • Negotiate business deals and close sales opportunities effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, international sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of Chinese market dynamics, culture, and business etiquette.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with Chinese or Asia-Pacific markets.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong Chinese business writing skills (emails, proposals, and documentation).
