Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Assistant to support and manage end-to-end purchasing and supply chain operations. This role involves close coordination with Korean suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely procurement and logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end purchasing and supply chain operations, including supplier coordination and order management
- Handle logistics activities such as shipments, deliveries, and freight arrangements
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers in Korean, ensuring favorable terms and timely execution
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics and supply chain operations
- Monitor inventory levels and support supply planning activities
- Maintain accurate purchasing, logistics, and supply chain documentation
- Ensure cost efficiency and on-time procurement and movement of goods
