We are seeking a results-drivenConstructionProject Managerto oversee all aspects ofconstructionprojects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and superviseconstructionprojects from conception to completion.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and cost to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and labor.
• Monitor work progress and site activity to maintain quality control.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree inConstructionManagement, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum [5+] years of experience inconstructionproject management.
• Proven track record of managing commercial/residential/industrial projects.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding ofconstructionmethods, materials, and regulations.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
