What you'll do
You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guests rooms and public areas to ensure our guests received nothing but the best experience.
- You'll also restock amenities, report maintenance issues and follow our hygiene and safety procedures to the highest standards.
- Our values or Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you'll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
- From preparing rooms with attention to details, to delivering prompt service upon guest requests, your role is vital to ensuring comfort and luxury throughout their stay.
- The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Housekeeping Attendant, but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
- You'll bring your unique personality and pride in cleanliness and presentation to the role and the team.
- You have a talent for organization, attention to detail, and the stamina to work efficiently throughout your shift.
- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
