Landscape Architect

Employment:Full Time

The Landscape Architect will be responsible for overseeing and managing all landscape architecture activities in a transportation project as a client representative. This role involves validating the design provided by contractors, ensuring compliance with landscape architecture standards, and providing support during the construction supervision phase.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum of 10 15+ years of experience in landscape architecture, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of landscape architecture principles, construction contracts, and industry standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple landscape aspects and stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification principles is desirable.
• Experience working in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries is advantageous.
• Similar experience in a large transportation/infrastructure project will be a desirable.
