Audit Associate - ACCA Member

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Auditor to join our growing audit team in Dubai. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive audit and accounting services to both international and domestic clients.

You will also advise clients on tax-related matters, offer business advisory services, and support commercial legal needs. The Auditor will work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, deliver tailored solutions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage audits for a diverse portfolio of international and domestic clients, ensuring the completion of audits in accordance with IFRS, ISA, and UAE regulations.
  • Perform in-depth audits of financial statements, internal controls, and risk management processes. Provide valuable advisory services to clients on tax-related matters, business performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve clients’ internal controls and financial reporting processes.
  • Develop strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored audit and advisory solutions.
  • Prepare and present audit reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure that audits and services are conducted in compliance with local regulations in the UAE, international auditing standards (ISA), and firm policies.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting, auditing standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified ACCA member.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience conducting audits for both international and domestic clients in a Dubai-based firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and UAE-specific regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead audits, manage client relationships, and provide valuable insights into financial performance and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and audit techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using accounting and audit software (e.g., CaseWare, Excel, other audit tools).
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
