The Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to handle room bookings and reservation inquiries, ensuring accuracy and excellent service for every guest.
What You'll Do
Process room reservations received via phone, email, and online channels
Provide accurate information on room rates, availability, and hotel packages
Confirm and update bookings in the hotel PMS system
Coordinate with Sales and Front Office to manage group and corporate bookings
Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and special requests
Maintain accurate guest and reservation records
Upsell room categories and hotel packages where appropriate

Who Should Apply
1–2 years of experience in a reservations or hotel administrative role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good command of English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage
Familiarity with hotel PMS and booking systems is a plus
Good phone etiquette and customer service skills
