We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team in our Dubai office. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented legal professional with a strong background in corporate and real estate law to contribute to our growing operations in the region.
Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice and support on construction contracts, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documents to protect the company's interests.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction laws, labor laws, and other relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams and management to identify and mitigate legal risks throughout project lifecycles.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Stay updated on changes in construction-related laws and regulations and communicate their impact to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct legal due diligence for new projects and partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law; advanced legal qualifications or certifications in construction law are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Legal Advisor or similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE legal system, particularly construction and commercial law.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
