Job Description:
T&C Director with below main responsibilities:
- to ensure the execution of the T&C Program according to the contract requirements and project target regarding safety, quality and schedule.
- to lead and manage the T&C Team.
- to interface with Commissioning Managers of other D&B contractors (Trains/Locomotives, Civil Works) to coordinate the readiness of the trains/ locomotives, the external systems and the infrastructures for static and dynamic system integration tests.
- to interface with External Parties (i.e. Energy Authorities) during Energization process of Power Infeed Sub Stations.
- to interface with Customer for migration and integration with revenue systems, whereas applicable.
- to interface with VTA team along V&V process.
- to interface with Project Engineer for all the needed Design documentation to execute T&C activities (i.e. test plans and procedures).
- to interface with Construction Manager to coordinate Handover of Systems to start T&C activities.
- to interface with Project Planner to provide all the inputs for planning and monitoring progress of works.
- to interface with Project HSE Manager in the preparation of hazard analysis for the execution of works.
- to interface with Project O&M Manager to coordinate the plan and execution of maintenance works on Systems during T&C stage.
- to interface with Project Manager to coordinate Handover of Systems to Customer for Trial Operations.
- to interface with RAMS Manager and C-ISA/E-ISA during execution of safety related testing and commissioning activities.
- to support the Customer during the Trial Run Operations.
- to authorize the Test Reports.
