Production Manager

Industry: Pipeline Coatings - Oil & Gas

You will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflows, meeting production targets, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in a growing operation with future localization and industrial expansion plans.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all site production and order consolidation activities.
• Oversee daily production floor operations to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Manage and develop the production team to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Coordinate with planning and logistics for material availability and workflow optimization.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards and protocols.
• Monitor and report KPIs including output, downtime, yield, and efficiency.
• Drive lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as maintenance, QA/QC, HR, and engineering.
• Conduct staff training on SOPs, equipment usage, and safety practices.
• Respond to and resolve production disruptions, equipment breakdowns, or quality issues.
• Administer safety programs, maintain good housekeeping, and support HSE compliance.
• Submit timely and accurate production reports and maintain shift documentation.
