We are currently seeking an experienced safety officer to ensure the highest safety standards at the groundbreaking Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai's future aviation hub.

• Safety compliance: Implement and enforce OSHAD/DM regulations and company safety policies on-site.
• Risk assessments: Conduct daily inspections, hazard analyses, and job safety analyses (JSAs).
• Incident prevention: Develop and deliver safety training programs for 500+ workers.
• Emergency preparedness: Lead drills and maintain emergency response protocols.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Stakeholder coordination: Liaise with contractors, clients, and government inspectors.
• PPE management: Oversee proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment.
• Software proficiency: Utilize safety management systems (SMS), BIM 360, and Procore.

• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification (OSHAD preferred).
• 5+ years in construction safety (aviation/airport projects highly valued).
• Expert knowledge of UAE OSHAD-SF, DM, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Proficiency in safety management software and MS Office.
• Fluent in English (Arabic advantageous).
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills.
