Senior Payroll Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Specialist - Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll operations for our outsourcing clients. This role requires strong hands-on payroll experience, the ability to manage multiple payroll cycles and pay dates, and a high level of accuracy under strict deadlines.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliant, timely, and accurate payroll processing, including End of Service calculations, reconciliations, reporting, and coordination with HR, Finance, banks, and external stakeholders.

• End-to-end payroll processing with high accuracy and timeliness for outsourcing clients
• Processing End of Service (EOS) calculations and final settlements
• Handling off-cycle payroll payments
• Performing bank, payroll, and pension reconciliations
• Ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal company policies
• Supporting month-end and year-end payroll activities
• Preparing payroll reports and analysis using Excel (Power BI where applicable)
• Coordinating closely with HR, Finance, banks, and external stakeholders
• Managing multiple payrolls and multiple pay dates within the same month
• Handling payroll operations efficiently under tight deadlines
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills

• Graduate degree (Commerce preferred).
• Proven experience in payroll administration.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Payroll / HR systems.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills (Power BI is an advantage).
• Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
