Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a highly inspirational, motivated, and dynamic English teacher to lead our English Department and to teach our middle and high school EAL learners.

You need:

• An education degree or equivalent in English
• A minimum of 4 years of teaching experience
• Experience in leading a project or team
• To be a native-level speaker or hold an IELTS of 8 or above
• Previous experience in an American or British curriculum school preferred
• Ability to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff
• Ability to motivate and effectively manage a team
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills
• Ability to conduct professional development sessions using best practices
