Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain machinery, ensuring production efficiency and product quality in a safe and timely manner.

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to minimize downtime.
• Inspect products for defects and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate production records and document any operational discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Machine Operator or in a related manufacturing role.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial machinery.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work shifts and adapt to flexible schedules as required.
• Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and handle machine operation tasks.
