Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related processes and ensure compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, approvals, and coordination with government authorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Handle all visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation
• Manage labor and immigration procedures in compliance with local laws
• Liaise with government authorities such as Immigration, Labor Department, and other regulatory bodies
• Process company licenses, permits, and renewals on time
• Submit and collect official documents from government departments
• Maintain accurate records of employee documents and company legal files
• Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, permits, and employee visas
• Assist employees with government-related requirements and documentation
• Keep updated with changes in labor laws and government regulations
• Coordinate with internal departments for document requirements and approvals

Requirements:

• - Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE
• Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
