We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various real estate roles (Sales, Leasing, Admin, etc.)

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent

Conduct interviews, extend offers, and oversee onboarding

Collaborate with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements and workforce planning

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven real estate recruitment experience within the UAE

Deep understanding of hiring practices in real estate brokerage firms

Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers

Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and onboarding processes
