  • Calendar Management: Managing the CEO's schedule, including arranging and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
  • Communication Management: Handling incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.
  • Travel Coordination: Making travel arrangements for the CEO, such as booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for business trips.
  • Meeting Support: Assisting with meeting preparation, including preparing agendas, gathering necessary documents, and taking meeting minutes when required.
  • Document Management: Organizing and maintaining important documents, files, and records, ensuring quick and easy access when needed.
  • Information Management: Conducting research and providing summaries and briefs to the CEO on various topics as required.
  • Liaison Role: Acting as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, team members, clients, and external contacts.
  • Expense Management: Managing the CEO's expenses, including tracking receipts, preparing expense reports, and ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.

Requirements for a Executive Secretary job may include:
