Nursery Teacher (FS1 / FS2)

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher (FS1 / FS2) to join a well-established nursery in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in early childhood education and a deep understanding of the EYFS framework, creating a nurturing, engaging, and child-centered learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
• Implement in-the-moment planning and a child-led learning approach.
• Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and learning progress.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the nursery team to support daily activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or a related field.
• Cache Level 3 (completed) or equivalent qualification (MOFA attested).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nursery / Early Years Teacher.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with the EYFS framework.
• Experience with child-led learning and in-the-moment planning.
