Manage various projects, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.- Review IFC drawings to pinpoint any disparities with Tender drawings and BOQ.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, engineers, and surveyors.
- Create detailed Hardscape and Softscape shop drawings.
- Verify subcontractors' shop drawings for accuracy.
- Engage in meetings with clients, consultants, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Present project proposals to clients and address inquiries.
- Issue technical RFIs for clarification.
- Calculate quantities from drawings and conduct on-site inspections to guarantee compliance with approved plans.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree Landscape Architecture or related field.
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and technical expertise across a range of project types.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp
