- Be responsible for the recruitment, training and daily assessment of business personnel, ensuring their performance meets job requirements.
- Organize project business planning meetings, determine the direction and key points of business planning, and supervise the implementation.
- Organize the formulation of business work plans for each project and supervise their execution.
