Key points – Provides support to the Project Quality Manager in delivering the project quality management system.
Reports to the Project Quality Manager and has a reporting line to the Quality Assurance Discipline Manager.
Roles And Responsibilities- Assists with the Implementation of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and contract requirements.
- With direction, supports with the implement the project quality requirements in accordance with the PQP and contract
- Supports with implement the audit program to monitor adherence and identify improvement to the PQMS, to include supplier and subcontractor audits as required.
- Monitor and report to the Project Quality Manager on the effectiveness of the PQMS.
- Under direction uses knowledge and skills in identify deviations from project requirements, and ensure that systems and procedures are established to avoid recurrence
- Supports in the monitoring of the application and effectiveness of the PQMS
- With support, assist supplier and subcontractor quality plans and programs for any purchase orders / contracts placed, as applicable.
- Support with project quality inductions.
- Uses judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices.
- May direct resources, prioritize tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
- Preparation of QA/QC inputs to the RFQs and POs
- Managing the Quality input to pre-PO award bid review and clarification activities.
- Managing the Quality input to Supplier documentation review activities.
- Facilitate the completion of criticality ratings
- Liaison with systems and fabrication quality manager and subcontractors quality
- Review supplier and subcontractor quality plans and ITPs (as required)
- Minimum 10 years Quality Management experience within the oil and gas industry
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Must be proactive and possess good inter personnel skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in English and Arabic language
- Bachelors in related field.
- Professional Accreditation preferred
- Successful completion of ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor training or transition course, preferred
