Requirements:
- Proven experience in UAE real estate (minimum [X] years preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license and own car
- RERA certified (preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
