- 6-8+ years' experience in CRM, loyalty, or lifecycle roles in major brands or retailers.
- Expertise in tools like Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong project management, communication, and data-driven campaign skills.
- Confident working across cross-functional teams with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a matrixed organisation.
