Key Responsibilities- Lead interior design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring design integrity and client satisfaction
- Develop and oversee creative direction, space planning, material selection, and FF&E specifications
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Present design concepts and documentation to clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Proven leadership in managing design teams and delivering complex projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
