Sales Development Representative (French Speaking Preferred)

What you'll do
Engage & influence - Reach out, cold calls and email new prospects and existing customers to build relationships, proactively present Oracle solutions and generate new sales opportunities.
Achieve your targets - Be target-driven! You'll have clear objectives and key results (OKRs) to meet, ensuring that you're always on track to hit your goals and contribute to Oracle's growth.
Always foresighted - Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects that can develop into quality leads.
Master communication - Develop top-tier selling and communication skills, using a variety of tools including social media, web-based platforms, and outbound calling to drive engagement.
Collaborate & succeed - Work in our in-country offices with our marketing and sales teams to achieve joint targets and develop account strategies that drive results.
Measure - Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results. Perform database and record keeping tasks.
What you'll bring- Target-driven - You have the passion and determination to meet and exceed your goals, contributing directly to Oracle's success.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or relevant experience.
- Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas is welcomed but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written, strong time management skills.
- Passion for sales - You're joining as an SDR with the goal of progressing to a technology sales role.
- Industry knowledge - You have an understanding of key competitive technologies and/or specific industries.
- Fluency in English and French.
