Employment: Full Time

Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Real Estate Agent in Dubai, where you'll play a pivotal role in connecting businesses with their ideal commercial spaces. Leverage your market expertise and negotiation skills to facilitate successful property transactions in one of the world's most vibrant real estate markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new commercial property listings to expand the portfolio.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements related to commercial real estate transactions.
  • Conduct property viewings and present opportunities that align with client needs and business objectives.
  • Negotiate lease and sale agreements between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve favorable terms.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market trends and development projects.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed market analysis reports and sales proposals to support client decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote listed properties effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all local real estate regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent or in a similar role within the real estate industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai commercial property market and regulatory environment preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  • Technologically confident.
  • Certificate of Education
  • Driving licence
Salary: AED 1,000,000 to 5,000,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
