Logistic Coordinator (with Railway Experience) - Immediate Joiner

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our railway project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the transportation, storage, and delivery of materials, equipment, and resources to ensure smooth project operations and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the movement and delivery of project materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate logistics records.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, freight forwarders, and site teams.
• Ensure timely customs clearance, transportation, and site deliveries.
• Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
• Prepare logistics reports, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Support project teams in planning and coordinating logistics activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of logistics coordination experience, preferably in railway, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and transportation processes.
• Experience in coordinating local and international shipments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and logistics management systems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in railway, metro, or transportation infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of UAE logistics regulations and customs procedures.
