Job Title: Compliance Auditor Last Mile Operations

Job Description:

We are seeking a Compliance Auditor to support Last Mile operations in the AMET region. The role involves auditing carrier partners, reporting findings, and ensuring compliance with policies, contracts, and legal requirements. Responsibilities include issuing clear audit reports, supporting corrective actions, and conducting risk-based inspections to expand coverage in high-risk areas while meeting defined productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Last-Mile carrier partners based on the TRC audit framework, ensuring they operate in compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide thorough audit reports to management and business partners, including highlights, lowlights, and recommendations.
• Share precise audit reports with carrier partners, including clear findings and actionable corrective actions to help them achieve compliance.
• Conduct short-notice compliance audits as required, maintaining the highest flexibility and quality standards.
• Investigate suspicious carrier activity or behavior that could pose a risk to the business, customers, or the public.
• Meet individual and team goals while upholding the highest standards of diligence.
• Achieve audit productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Lead and/or participate in special projects or assignments as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or related fields, with strong analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
